Thank you for visiting and shopping at DNA Creative Shoppe. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.
Before placing your order
Please note the instructions we need under delivery rates and delivery estimates. They need to be written in your comments before you checkout. If you need to include additional information on top of that, please e-mail us at email@example.com with that information promptly.
Order processing time
All orders consisting of in-stock items are processed within 24 hours during operating hours. If it is a weekend or holiday, that time is not included in the 24 hours and should be added on to the processing time. Most orders are actually turned around in less than 30 minutes but during busy time periods, it does take longer.
You will be given an estimate on delivery time for special order items. Any additional services requested (i.e. cutting, printing,etc.) will also be advised on the approximate turn-around time.
Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery rates & delivery estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Pick-up: Collect from our Fulfilment Centre.
Estimated delivery time: 15-20 minutes
Instructions needed: Please let us know if you need a bag or are bringing your own. Please read your pick-up notification e-mail once received. All current instructions for collection are in that e-mail! You can only pay cash for pick-up orders if you have not pre-paid online.
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 hours
Cost: $5 (unless any over-sized items are also ordered which will incur a $10 surcharge per item)
Instructions needed: We need detailed directions to drop off. Please advise if you'd like the order delivered daytime (12-5), evening (5:30-8:00) or if anytime is fine. Please note, all orders MUST be signed for. If someone is not home and we attempt a 2nd time, there IS another delivery fee. Please let us know if someone either than yourself will be signing on your behalf and their name.
Please note, all deliveries MUST be pre-paid online (either by card at the time of check-out or by bank transfer after). The delivery driver does NOT accept cash payments on our behalf.
We will ship outside of Bermuda but the costs start at $40. We will adjust the total once we get the final cost. It is shipped via DHL with insurance and requires a signature. No exceptions.
You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection or delivery. Depending on the order volume and the time of day you have placed your order, you will either receive it the same day or the next business day. We will not deliver if there is no one home to receive the order. PLEASE NOTE, a 2nd attempt will be made in the same time frame if the delivery person is delivering to others in your area. If they are not able to deliver to someone the order will return to the store and a second delivery fee will be charged for delivery on the next day. Please insure you choose the delivery time that is going to insure someone is home to deliver.
We are using a 3rd party service for all of our deliveries. The delivery person cannot assist with any questions on your order. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 747-5399.
